RETREAT CHANGES & CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
GUEST SATISFACTION Guest satisfaction is of the utmost importance at Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC, our goal is to provide top-quality retreats. We accurately describe and represent the retreats and events to the best of our knowledge and ability. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or political events, can cause a change in itinerary, necessary to adapt to circumstances or events beyond our control.
ITINERARY CHANGES Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary, the accommodations, the transportation services, the rates, or any other arrangements, if these changes are necessary and unavoidable. We will provide reasonable substitutes for similar value. We accept no liability for a decrease in travel pleasure, if such changes occur.
NOTIFICATIONS If changes occur during the time of preparation for a retreat or event, Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC will notify the participant immediately with the method of contact on file if such record exists. If the changes happen after the reservation is confirmed Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC will inform the guest as soon as possible.
CHANGES At the discretion of Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC, if changes occur because of reasons that are beyond our control, such as war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activities, natural or man-made disasters, the participant will have the right and the possibility to transfer 100% of their retreat payment to a different date or a different retreat package with Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC.
PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES If the participant must cancel their reservation at least 12 weeks before the retreat event date, 100% of the payment can be transferred to a future retreat from the original participant registration date, and the below cancellation schedule applies, if:
The participant has one (1) year from their original retreat reservation date to reschedule and transfer 100% of their funds. After one year, if the guest does not attend a retreat from the initial registration date, the guest forfeits their original payment. Suppose a participant chooses to transfer 100% of their funds to a future retreat within one year from the participant registration date. In that case, they are no longer eligible for a refund within the year.
If the guest chooses to transfer money to a different type of retreat with Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC please note as our retreat packages may have different prices the guest will be responsible for paying the difference in retreat cost if the rescheduled retreat costs more than the initially scheduled retreat package. If the chosen alternative retreat is less than the previously chosen one, then the difference will be refunded minus financing CC or applicable fees at their current cost rate. Approximately 3% for Credit and Debit cards, and 6% for financed payments such as Buy Now Pay Later plans.
Cancellation + Refund Schedule is as follows:
If the guest cancels 11 to 6 weeks before retreat start date, 50% of payment is refundable, minus financing fees.
If the guest cancels 5 to 3 weeks before the retreat start date, 25% of payment is refundable, minus financing fees.
If the guest cancels under 2 weeks before the start date of the retreat, 15% of payment is refundable, minus financing fees.
If the guest cancels less than 72 hours before the retreat start date, the participant will be charged the total amount of the retreat and, in this circumstance, cannot be transferred to a future retreat.
In the event of a documented emergency which requires cancellation, Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC will handle refunds on a case by case basis.
If the participant chooses to leave the retreat during the retreat dates, their retreat payment is non-refundable and will not be transferred to a future retreat.
For all cancellations qualifying for a partial or full refund, we will withhold, as per the original purchase method of payment, a 3% credit card fee or a 6% fee for Buy Now Pay Later Apps.
Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC is not responsible for refunding travel arrangements such as flights, personal meals, extra hotel arrangements, etc. We highly recommend each participant purchase travel insurance for each retreat to cover their costs.
GAIA GODDESS LIFESTYLE LLC CANCELLATION UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES If Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC encounters an unforeseen circumstance causing the retreat to be canceled due to an abnormally low participation rate, or an extenuating circumstance, or in the event a featured practitioner is sick and a replacement cannot be found, the participants may either transfer 100% of their funds to a future Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC retreat or have their money refunded in full which was paid through www.gaiagoddesslifestyle.com.
If a guest arrives at the retreat not of sound mind or competent physical state, on contraindicated medications and/or illicit drugs or alcohol, Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC has the right to refuse the guest entry to the retreat. It will be at the discretion of Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC on a case-by-case basis as to potential participation, reassignment, or refund. Otherwise, the guest forfeits their payment in full and cannot be given a refund.
During phone orientation prior to retreat or at retreat, Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC has the right to refuse service to anyone who we find unfit for retreat. Some circumstances we may find unfit include but are not limited to, guests who have mental illness such as schizophrenia or bipolar. A guest not physically fit for the experience may be considered a person under the influence of illicit drugs, alcohol, medications or herbs which contraindicate with cacao, kava kava, or other herbal remedies.
If a guest lies on their medical history form and does not clearly state all medications or herbs they are currently taking or if they do not update Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC with new medications the guest consumes leading up to retreat or take while at retreat, either through email or phone and the medications are a contraindicate with ayahuasca, Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC has the right to not refund the guest’s retreat payment or additional service payments and may be asked to leave the retreat. Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC is additionally not liable for the guest’s retreat experience, mental or physical health.
If the guest who is found unfit for the retreat before the retreat begins and has already paid for the retreat, Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC has the discretion to move their retreat and payment forward to a future retreat where the guest is of sound body and mind.
If the circumstance is one the guest cannot change such as mental illness which is not suited for self-hypnosis, or other available modalities, then Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC can refund the retreat payment in full.
Event and Workshop Returns: Virtual and In-Person
If a customer seeks to cancel their virtual or in-person event or workshop registration at least 24 hours in advance, they will receive a full credit to the payment method used at checkout.

If a customer is not satisfied with their event or workshop experience and desires a refund, they should contact the Company at customerservice@gaiagoddesslifestyle.com explaining the reason for their dissatisfaction. The Company will consider refunds on a case by case basis.
Domestic Merchandise Returns
We hope that you love your purchase from Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 21 days of the original purchase. Retreats and Events are not covered by this Returns Policy. Please see the section Retreats and Events / Return and Refund Policy for specific Returns information.
Apparel merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment within two weeks of receiving the goods back in our warehouse. Any orders will be subject to a $7.00 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.
E-gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

International Merchandise Returns
We ship internationally to select countries. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Gaia Goddess Lifestyle LLC the “Company” to import the goods on consignee/buyers behalf. The consignee/buyer agrees that the Company may delegate the obligation to import the goods on their behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee/buyer will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods. For questions and order support issues please contact customerservice@gaiagoddesslifestyle.com
Retreats and Events are not covered by this Returns Policy. Please see the section Retreats and Events / Return and Refund Policy for specific Returns information.
We accept returns of unworn items within 21 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.
If you would like to return an item, please email us at customerservice@gaiagoddesslifestyle.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. You will be responsible for shipping the item back via a tracked mail carrier. The Company is unable to provide international return labels at this time. Customer will pay the cost of shipping the package back to the Company via a tracked service. We do not reimburse for the postage required to return international shipments.
All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable.
3rd Party Retailers:
The Company cannot guarantee any product that is not sold by www.gaiagoddesslifestyle.com or one of our approved retailers.
Returning Defective Products Please contact customer service within 60 days from purchase at customerservice@gaiagoddesslifestyle.com and we will look further into the issue. Proof of purchase is required. We only accept damaged items purchased through the www.gaiagoddesslifestyle.com website.
