A weekend of healing, stillness, and soulful reconnection
14–16th November, 2025
Trinity Retreat Center | West Cornwall, Connecticut
Step away from the noise and into the stillness of nature for a weekend of healing, reconnection, and release. Set against the peaceful backdrop of the Trinity Retreat Center, this women’s retreat is a sacred invitation to come back to yourself.
Together we will enjoy hiking and grounding in nature, somatic release practices, breathwork, Reiki, and sound healing. From our opening circle on Friday night to our closing Qi Gong practice on Sunday, every moment is thoughtfully designed to help you reset the nervous system, soften into presence, and gently reclaim your balance.
You’ll enjoy nourishing meals, restful accommodations, and the magic of gathering with like-hearted women. With a blend of guided experiences and open space to simply be, this weekend offers the perfect rhythm for inner renewal.
Guided by Gaia Goddess’s mission to bring healing experiences to all women, this offering marks the first of many at-cost retreats at Trinity Retreat Center.
Come as you are, leave feeling restored.

Location
Cradled by the gentle curves of the Housatonic River and bordered by over 700 acres of conservation trust land and state forest, the Trinity Retreat Center offers a sanctuary for rest, renewal, and reflection. Guests are received with gracious, authentic hospitality, invited into the quiet rhythm of a spiritual community, and nourished with fresh farm-to-table meals drawn from the surrounding gardens and orchard.
The grounds feature 25 guest rooms, a historic stone chapel, a monastic garden, an orchard, a working farm, a donkey sanctuary, hiking trails, and peaceful riverfront paths. Every space—from the stillness of the garden to the sunlit bends of the river—is designed to foster clarity, well-being, and connection to the natural world.
A mission of Trinity Church, the Trinity Retreat Center welcomes all people, regardless of denomination or faith tradition, offering a place where the river’s steady flow mirrors the ongoing journey of the spirit.

Locally Grown, Freshly Served
At the Trinity Retreat Center, dining is embraced as both an act of hospitality and a profound source of nourishment for body and spirit. Each meal is prepared with care and intention, reflecting the center’s commitment to offering food that is both delicious and restorative. Much of the produce is grown right here on the premises, allowing guests to enjoy a true garden-to-table experience where seasonal vegetables, herbs, and fruits are harvested steps away from the kitchen and served fresh on your plate. This direct connection to the land infuses every dish with vitality and a sense of place, reminding us that food is a sacred gift meant to be shared.
The dining atmosphere is one of inclusivity and community, where the table becomes a space of welcome and belonging. Care is taken to honor dietary needs and preferences, so every guest feels seen and supported. More than a meal, dining at Trinity is about shared connection—gathering together, exchanging stories, and finding joy in the nourishing ritual of breaking bread. Each meal is an invitation to be restored, to savor the gifts of the earth, and to remember that food feeds both body and soul.
