Join Kaí on a transformative journey into the ‘Magic of Manifestation’ where you’ll explore the power of intuition and spirituality. Week 1: Foundations of Manifestation
Understand the basics of manifestation and dive deep into the power of intention and belief. Learn how to set clear and achievable goals.

Week 2: Connecting with Inner Guidance
Explore the connection between intuition and spirituality. Use meditation and mindfulness practices to strengthen your manifestation power.

Week 3: Visualization, Affirmations, and Energy
Use creative visualization techniques and craft effective affirmations. Learn how to understand energy frequencies and the Law of Attraction.

Week 4: Practical Tools for Manifestation
Utilize vision boards and manifestation journals to harness your own energy. Implement practical rituals for everyday manifestation.

This is a four-part livestream workshop series that takes place on Zoom. Once registered, you will be emailed Zoom access links and any other needed workshop information.

To support the book-club format of this workshop, a copy of Alana’s book, “Free with Food and Fitness” will be mailed to you after registering. 

Week 1: Chapters 1-3
Dive into the underlying reasons why dieting is not successful long term. Explore how to start loosening the grip on external metrics, such as calorie counting and the number on the scale, and learn to focus on your body’s natural cues instead.

Week 2: Chapters 4-7
Create non-diet nutrition goals that keep feeling good in your body and explore how to practically implement them! Learn everything from boundary setting to efficient and delicious meal prep ideas.

Week 3: Chapters 8-11
Check back in with the intentions you set earlier in the program and receive support from Alana as you discover what truly makes you healthy and energized.

Week 4: Chapter 12
Discuss the importance of self-care, mindset shifts around being worthy and having time for it. Find modes of self-care that fill your cup back up, so you can feel grounded and supported, even through stress.

Week 5: Follow Up Coaching Call 
A month after the end of the workshop, make space to follow up with Alana. Receive group coaching about your ongoing goals and the progress you have made to shift your mindset and support yourself.

This is a five-part livestream workshop series that takes place on Zoom. Once registered, you will be emailed Zoom access links and any other needed workshop information. Four sessions will occur weekly in January with one follow up coaching call a month later.

Tune into your personal power and connect to it through breathwork, light movement, vocal work and coaching. By the end of this four-part, livestream workshop series, you’ll have the tools to boost your confidence, enhance self-love and attract even more flow into your life…

Week 1 Connect to your pelvic floor and core through breathwork and movement. Discover what it means to ground into your centers of power.

Week 2 Identify the energy that you feel from the belly and core and learn to harness it through visualization and imagination. Practice shifting energy into other parts of your body and explore moving in alignment.

Week 3 Allow your power to fuel your voice. Practice stating your boundaries and making your desires known with vocal coaching.

Week 4 Share ceremonial space with your classmates as you honor yourselves and acknowledge your power. There will be time for any last questions or coaching needs. Discuss how your future looks with these new skills by your side.
