Rebuild Core & Glute Strength After Pregnancy with Postnatal Yoga

Returning to movement after having a baby can feel overwhelming, especially during the fourth trimester when your body is exhausted, changing, and adjusting to new demands. In this 30-minute postnatal yoga flow, Yoga Instructor Arianna Bickle guides you through mindful movement that focuses on reconnecting with the core, engaging and strengthening the glutes, and rebuilding strength and stability while honoring where your body is today. Through breath awareness, balance work, and active yoga poses, you’ll gradually welcome movement and intensity back into the body while practicing patience, compassion, and self-care. Throughout the practice, Arianna encourages you to listen to your body, modify when needed, and remember that taking time for yourself is an important part of postpartum recovery.
