After childbirth, the fourth trimester can bring physical tension, emotional shifts, and the challenge of finding time to care for yourself while caring for your little one. This gentle 15-minute postnatal yoga flow, led by yoga teacher and sound healer Arianna Bickle, offers a supportive practice to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and create a moment of calm amidst the demands of new motherhood.
Using simple props like yoga blocks and a pillow or bolster, you’ll move through restorative stretches, gentle mobility, supported twists, and mindful breathing designed specifically for the postpartum body. Return to this nurturing practice anytime you need to pause, reset your nervous system, and cultivate a greater sense of presence during your fourth trimester journey.
