Chakra Vinyasa Flow
This chakra-focused yoga flow moves through the body’s energy centers from root to crown, pairing traditional yoga postures with breath-led transitions and energetic exploration. The sequence includes seated breathwork, Child’s Pose, Malasana, Cat-Cow, Downward-Facing Dog, standing poses, twists, hip openers, Camel Pose, and Lotus variations, with opportunities for intuitive movement throughout the flow.
