Find Freedom in Movement with Intuitive Yoga

When self-judgment or expectations about how your body should move get in the way of your practice, intuitive yoga offers a different approach. Yoga can create an expectation that a pose should look a certain way, but this 40-minute intuitive yoga flow, led by Yoga Teacher Grace Magnusson, encourages you to shift your focus from how movement looks to how it feels. Breath, mindful movement, and opportunities for exploration create space to move with greater freedom, curiosity, and awareness while learning to trust your body’s own wisdom.

Finding Your Own Flow

Intuitive yoga uses mindful movement, breath, and body awareness to help you listen inward and respond to what your body needs in the moment. Rather than focusing on how a pose looks or following a fixed idea of how movement should be practiced, intuitive yoga encourages curiosity and exploration. You can adjust shapes, change direction, pause, or move more freely as you notice sensations and discover what feels supportive for you.
