Navigate Pregnancy Changes with Ease | Gentle Prenatal Yoga Practice

Pregnancy is a beautiful journey filled with constant physical, mental, and emotional changes, making it especially important to take time to reconnect with yourself. This gentle prenatal yoga practice, led by yoga teacher & sound healer Arianna Bickle, is designed for you throughout every trimester, helping you slow down, ease discomfort, and reconnect with your breath through safe, supportive movement. Using mindful stretches, calming breathwork, and restorative poses with props, you’ll build flexibility, support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and create space for both your body and mind to adapt to each new stage of pregnancy. Return to this nurturing prenatal yoga flow whenever you need a moment of calm, confidence, and connection with yourself and your growing baby.

Prenatal Yoga: Movement, Breath, and Mindfulness

Prenatal yoga is a gentle adaptation of traditional yoga created to support the changing body during pregnancy. Rooted in the practices of movement, breathwork, and meditation, it emphasizes mindful movement, intentional breathing, and rest, with modifications to accommodate each stage of pregnancy.

A Gentle Practice for Strength, Stillness, and Connection

Prenatal yoga offers a mindful way to support your body and mind as you move through the changes of pregnancy. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and restorative poses, you can create space to release tension, cultivate ease, and reconnect with yourself during this transformative time. This practice invites you to slow down, listen inward, and nurture a deeper sense of awareness, compassion, and presence throughout your pregnancy journey.
