Reconnect with your body through this slow, grounding yoga flow led by Arianna Bickle. Designed to help you move from gentle movement into stillness, this accessible yoga practice can be used at the beginning or end of your day, or anytime you need to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. You’ll begin with grounding breathwork and seated awareness before moving through Child’s Pose, Thread the Needle, Cat-Cow, Sphinx Pose, Downward-Facing Dog, low lunges, hip openers, Dragonfly Pose, Half Split, and a supported Bridge. With an emphasis on moving slowly, listening to your body, and using the breath as a guide, this practice creates space for both effort and recovery before closing with a supported restorative pose and Shavasana.

A Slow Yoga Flow for Grounding & Stillness

This grounding yoga practice moves intentionally between gentle movement, deeper stretches, and moments of stillness. You’ll work through the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, spine, and upper body while using steady breathing to stay connected to the sensations of your body. Modifications with yoga blocks, pillows, blankets, or other supportive props are offered throughout, making the practice adaptable to your needs. Whether you’re feeling stressed, tired, physically tight, or simply craving a slower practice, use this flow as an opportunity to soften, listen inward, and give yourself space to reconnect.
