About Arianna:
Arianna began her spiritual journey shortly after completing her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification in 2012 and immediately felt the call to go deeper. Training under the guidance of sound meditation expert Sara Auster, she received her Sound Practitioner Certification in 2017. She joined the teaching staff at MNDFL Meditation in NYC, the first-ever drop-in meditation studio. Through her yoga practice, Arianna combines breath, movement, strength, and mindful awareness to create dynamic experiences that help students connect with their energy and inner strength. She’s been honored to share her practice across various universities and organizations like Columbia and NYU with brands like Nike, Hermés, Spotify, and Women’s Health. Arianna continues to hold space through a private practice of yoga & sound healing in Philadelphia.
