Busy Mind, Tired Body: Restore with Restorative Yoga
When your mind feels busy and your body needs a chance to slow down, restorative yoga can create the space to pause, breathe, and reconnect. In this gentle yoga practice, Yoga Instructor Arianna Bickle guides you through a slow, supportive flow designed to quiet the mind, soften the body, and invite you into a deeper sense of peace. With the help of cushions, blankets, and yoga blocks, you’ll settle into supported postures that encourage you to release effort, listen inward, and simply be where you are.

A Practice of Stillness & Support
Restorative yoga is a gentle, prop-supported practice that uses cushions, blankets, and yoga blocks to create comfortable, supported postures. The practice emphasizes longer holds, minimal effort, conscious breathing, and stillness, allowing the body to settle into each posture without forcing or striving. Supported child’s pose, twists, forward folds, heart openers, and legs-up variations are woven together with moments of seated breath and stillness to create a slow, spacious yoga practice.
