The practice may include seated and floor-based poses, gentle spinal movements, conscious breathing, and supportive props such as blocks. Rather than pushing toward a specific depth or shape, heart-opening yoga emphasizes mindful exploration, allowing you to adjust each posture to meet your body where it is.
