The Mindful Mama Wellness Series: Prioritize Self-Care as a Busy Mom

Feeling like you’re constantly caring for everyone else while putting your own needs last? The demands of motherhood can make it difficult to create space for self-care, leaving you feeling disconnected from yourself and the practices that help you feel grounded, fulfilled, and whole.

In this heartfelt session, Rachel Nicks, doula and founder of Birth Queen, invites you to reconnect with yourself through mindful reflection, journaling, breathwork, and simple self-care practices that cultivate self-compassion, emotional resilience, and presence. You’ll explore practical tools for filling your own cup, creating healthy boundaries, and supporting your wellbeing from the inside out so you can move through motherhood with greater balance and intention.
