Meditation: Embracing Change
Beginners Breathwork For Inner Peace
Find a moment of calm, grounding, and inner peace with this beginner-friendly breathwork practice led by Arianna Bickle. This guided breathwork session teaches you how to use your natural breath as an anchor for awareness. Rather than trying to stop your thoughts, Arianna guides you to notice when your mind wanders and gently returns your attention to the sensation of breathing without judgment. Through simple breathing exercises, mindful awareness, and intentional grounding, you’ll create space between your thoughts and your reactions while reconnecting with your body. This short practice is easy to incorporate into your morning routine, workday, evening wind-down, or whenever you need a moment to pause, center yourself, and return to the present.

What Is Breathwork?
Breathwork is the intentional use of breathing and awareness to support a greater sense of presence and connection with the body. In this beginner practice, Arianna keeps the technique simple, focusing on natural breathing rather than complicated patterns or forcing the breath. You’ll practice noticing the inhale and exhale, recognizing when your thoughts wander, and returning your attention to the breath with compassion and without judgment. This approach makes the practice accessible whether you’re completely new to meditation or simply looking for a gentle way to reconnect with yourself.
How Breathwork Can Support Inner Peace
A regular breath awareness practice can provide an opportunity to pause, slow down, and become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. Throughout this guided meditation, you’ll use the breath as an anchor while practicing nonjudgmental awareness and gently returning to the present moment. Think of each return to the breath as a mental practice in building awareness, helping you cultivate greater presence and a more grounded relationship with your thoughts and experiences.
