Led by Yoga Teacher Grace Magnusson, this seated sacred self-care practice combines breathwork, tapping, self-massage, and gentle movement to bring awareness back into the body. Through breath, movement, tapping, and mindful awareness, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your body, tune into your experience, and create space for intentional self-care.

Breathwork, tapping, self-massage, and gentle movement come together in this seated sacred self-care practice. Explore the 4-7-8 breath, rhythmic touch, and mindful movement while moving attention through different areas of the body, including the feet, belly, heart center, and face. The practice also incorporates warmth, focused attention, and quiet observation, guiding you through a sequence of sacred self-care techniques.

About Grace

Grace is a Sound Healer and Kripalu yoga teacher. She specializes in breath techniques and creative Vinyasa sequencing that makes space for thoughtful posture inquiries. With a passion for meditation and deep relaxation, Grace is also a certified Sekhem and Reiki Master Energy Healer, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Somatic bodyworker. She leads trauma-informed practices for teenagers in recovery and has held over 3,000 yoga and sound healing experiences. Her integrative approach to breath, mindful movement, meditation, and somatic awareness informs practices that invite intentional self-care, body connection, emotional balance, and inner calm.
