From Effort to Ease: Build Inner Power with Vinyasa Yoga

Build heat, strength, and inner power through a fiery 60-minute Vinyasa yoga flow with Yoga Instructor Arianna Bickle. This dynamic practice combines breath-led movement, Ujjayi breath, and intentional sequencing to help you feel strong, grounded, and fully embodied. As the practice builds in intensity, Arianna encourages you to meet challenges with compassion, honor your own experience, and harness the power and energy within you. The class closes with slower movement, stillness, and rest, creating space to quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself.

Vinyasa Yoga: Breath, Movement & Flow

Vinyasa yoga links breath and movement, creating a flowing practice in which postures transition from one to the next with intention. In this class, Ujjayi breath serves as an anchor, helping bring your attention into your body and the present moment as the practice moves through periods of increasing intensity. Vinyasa can include both dynamic movement and moments of pause, allowing you to explore strength, balance, transitions, and stillness within a single practice. Variations and modifications offer freedom to adapt the practice to your body, with no levels or rules for how it needs to look—only an opportunity to be present and move in a way that supports you.
