Yoga To Ground In The Earth, led by yoga instructor Arianna Bickle, is a grounding yoga practice designed to help you reconnect with the support of the Earth, cultivate stability, and return to a centered state through mindful movement, breath, and balance. This practice explores grounding not only as a physical connection to the Earth beneath you, but as an opportunity to feel more present, steady, and connected within yourself. Through standing poses, balancing postures, breath awareness, and intentional transitions, Arianna guides you to use your feet, core, and connection with the floor as sources of strength and stability. You’ll explore how rooting into the Earth can help create a deeper sense of calm, focus, and resilience — especially during moments when life feels challenging or overwhelming.
How Grounding Yoga Supports Connection & Balance
In this session, Arianna incorporates balancing postures as an opportunity to practice staying centered through challenges. Rather than avoiding moments of instability, you are invited to meet them with curiosity, compassion, and trust. Each pose becomes a reminder that grounding does not mean standing perfectly still, it means finding your center again and again. The connection between our bodies and the natural world can be a powerful tool for cultivating presence. By imagining roots extending into the Earth, feeling the strength of your foundation, and bringing awareness to each movement, this practice supports a greater sense of embodiment and connection.
