Sisterhood Breathwork: Connect to the Divine Feminine

Connect with the energy of sisterhood and the Divine Feminine through this active guided breathwork and meditation practice led by Amanda Kramer. This transformational breathwork session uses a rhythmic three-part breath—two connected inhales into the belly and chest followed by an exhale through the mouth—to activate the body, deepen awareness, and create space for emotional and energetic release. Amanda guides you through setting an intention, connecting with your breath, exploring sensations and emotions, and opening to a deeper sense of intuition, feminine energy, connection, and personal power.

Activate Your Energy Through Breathwork

This active breathwork practice invites you to work with the breath as a powerful tool for shifting energy and expanding awareness. As you continue the belly-chest-exhale breathing pattern, you may experience waves of sensation, emotion, tingling, lightness, resistance, or a feeling of energetic movement. Rather than judging what arises, Amanda encourages you to stay connected to the rhythm of your breath and allow the experience to unfold at your own pace.

Connect With the Divine Feminine

Throughout the practice, you’ll be invited to explore the Divine Feminine, sisterhood, intuition, authenticity, and your connection to the collective. Visualization and energetic awareness bring attention to the crown and heart, encouraging you to imagine releasing feelings of separation and reconnecting with your own presence, power, and purpose. This practice offers a space to explore what becomes possible when you let go of self-judgment and allow yourself to take up space in the world.

Integrate & Ground After Breathwork

After the active portion of the practice, Amanda gradually guides you back to your natural breath and into a period of grounding and integration. You’ll have space to notice the sensations and shifts created by the practice before gently moving your fingers and toes, opening your eyes, and returning to a seated position. Take your time transitioning out of the practice and allow yourself to integrate whatever arose during your experience.
