Busy Mind, Tense Body? Reconnect with Gentle Heart-Opening Yoga
Release Anger and Resentment with a Forgiveness Yoga Flow
Holding on to anger, resentment, or difficult past experiences can make it challenging to feel grounded, compassionate, and connected to yourself. In this forgiveness-focused yoga flow, Yoga Instructor Grace Magnusson guides you through movement, breath, meditation, and mudra to create space for release and self-forgiveness. Through practices centered on compassion, fearlessness, and inner awareness, you’ll be invited to soften what you are carrying and reconnect with your heart.
